View Full Version : Thanks a Million Bike Pedlar Hermitage

Trav and the guys at Bike Pedlar Hermitage took my 04 Specialized Enduro Expert in to do a routine brake fix so we thought. In the coming weeks they had to order parts and pretty much rebuild the master cylinder on my back brakes. They did so without over charging me or just throwing in the towel and telling me that I would just need to buy new brakes like most people would have done. For that I say thanks because we all know how expensive this hobby is already so if we can save anything I think we are all grateful . Thanks agin guys and I took it out for the second time today it stops and rides like a dream

overkill23, great call-out. I've had the same great customer experience from these guys. They are a first-rate, customer-first shop...and deserve all the kudos from their loyal customer base. I just started using them this past summer after a friend referred me there, and they have already "wowed" me a couple times. We are lucky to have such good shops all around the Nashville area.

Thanks guys! We really try hard to put our customers first and to treat them the way we would want to be treated. We want people to never be afraid to ask any question of us about their bikes or biking in general, no matter how silly they think it might be. We try to absolutely respect everyone's machine and give it the best service possible!
Thanks again for your praise! :thumb: We do not take that for granted at all and are continually looking for ways to improve! :)

I have to agree the Bike Pedlar guys are top notch. I rode Jack and Back this year and witnessed the Bike Pedlar crew help a lot of people with smiles on their faces the whole time. When the ride had all passed by the Bike Pedlar's designated rest stop, instead of packing up and going home like they could have, they started just driving up and down the route looking for more riders to help. Toocheaptobuyanewbike rode in the event as a particpant and even though he was riding on his own time and not on the clock, he stopped and helped EVERY single rider that he saw that needed help, it was really cool to see the enthusiasm of the whole Bike Pedlar crew that weekend. Huge props to Steve and Ryan and their crew!

Wow! Thanks everyone for all the praise! I am truly humbled by all of this, as I'm sure my coworkers will be when they see this thread. Syndicate you're too much, as you helped all those people every bit as much as I did! :thumb: Outlaw you're way too biased for your opinion to be counted as valid! Kidding. Our crew did do a great job at the Jack and I was extremely proud of them! :goteam:
