Totally last minute decision!
Gonna ride Hammy today at 2:30 with Tryon, and Mike Neumeyer.
Contrary to how that may sound, this will be a totally easy paced ride. Minimal stops, but easy pace. Tomorrow is a big training day, so today is just to loosten up the legs and remind them that we ride bikes as a hobby.
Got a new camera finally!! So, we may make a couple stops and get some trail pics - but not a lot of playin' on rocks today - just a nice slow, but constant pace around the trail!!
Call me if you'd like! 615-517-02four6

Hey David!!
Long time no see!! The camera we decided on is a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90. Our last camera was a Sony and we had really good luck with it for the last 3 years. It went on many mountain bike trips, and made it through tons of races with Kim running around in the dust, rain, etc...
It's a 8.1 Megapixel camera, which is cool, but we'll probably take most shots on the 3 or 5 mp setting. there's just not much need for all those pixels with internet mtb pics!! LOL
The feature we're most hoping will help us out is the 3200 ISO speed. (like film speed). Our old camera topped out at either 800 or 1000, so hopefully this one will help to get action shots at the races without being super blurry if it's a little darker in the woods.
It comes in either black, silver, or pink. We got the black.
Sony makes a "T" series too which is basically the same cameras as the W series, but it's more difficult to get to many of the mode settings, etc...The only benefit is the 5 times optical zoom, instead of 3 times which we got. We don't plan on using too much zoom anyways, so we spent a little less, for a much easier to use camera with the same features!!
