Back in October I ordered Enduro Fork Seals for my Fox Talas from http://www.enduroforkseals.com/ and had Travis at Bikers Choice do a fluid & seal service on my fork. The first few rides I noticed that the fork didn't feel as smooth as it did before the service but I had seen some reviews that said you need to give the seals time to break in. Well......after 7 months it still had a harsh feel to the fork so I asked Travis to check it out. He was awesome jumping right on my issue trouble shooting and getting FOX on the phone, tearing the fork down and finding that the seal where just too tight on the stanchions. After installing new FOX oem seals my Talas is back to the buttery smooth feeling I remembered. Thanks Travis!!!

Now on to Enduro / Real World Cycling......

They blew me away with the level of service they offered when I sent an e-mail to Chris at Enduro. It was midnight when I sent an email to Enduro and within 20 minutes I had a reply from him offering to refund my money or give me a credit towards anything they have on the website. I asked if I needed to return the defective seals and he said "don't worry about it"

Three days later I had a box of goodies show up at my door from Chris at Real World Cycling. :yahoo:

I think they make a great product and I've read tons of positive review on their seals and know a few people running them but I think I just got a bad seal kit.

You just don't see service like this everyday.

Thanks Travis and Chris

I've bought a seal kit for a RockShox from Enduro before and it worked great, much better than stock. Also I got a bottom bracket bearing kit for a GXP Truvativ Stylo crank and it turned the crank into a totally different animal. The original GXP would only allow the crank to be spun freely about 2-3 revolutions, but the new bearing/seal kit lets it go 10+ times now.

:hijack: That's good to hear. I should be receiving my Enduro bearings today or tomorrow for my Race Face BB. I'll be pressing them using the Chewieez method (http://forums.mtbr.com/showpost.php?p=1682645&postcount=41). I hope I get the same results. :thumb:

I think the problem with a lot of the external BB is the tightness of the seals, which causes friction. The Enduro kit relies more on looser seals and lots of grease, or so it seems to me... the instuctions kept saying use LOTS of grease.

Anyway, the change was noticeable on the trail...
