Big props to Travis at CT yesterday. I was helping a friend get his new Ellsworth road bike (I hate internal headsets!) up and running and ran into a snag at the headset (I broke a cup/race). Not only did Travis get the thing in immediately he also used the headset I brought in and had an extra cup/race laying around to make it work. What we all do without a real bike mechanic every now and then? It seems that Travis keeps popping up for good bike work and excellent service out here. Thanks Travis, you the man! :yahoo:

I am sure the broken arm was to blame for the problem.:thumb:

Props to you too John - How did you even know what my favorite pizza was..?
Big thanks for that, it was GREAT to not have to wonder about, "What's for Lunch!"

Travis and Matt do great work at CT. That is why you should support your local bike shops. Good mechanics are not a dime a dozen. Also, they care about their work and if it is not correct it gets fixed. I know they are getting slammed at this time. Also, I have not met the new man in the shop. Need to do that next time I am in there. One thing I can tell you, they care about and take a lot of pride in their work. No telling how many times Travis has helped me out. I like being around these guys. Just not too often because it means something is probably wrong with my bike.
Thanks again for all you do. I bought a bike to ride it, not to always work on it. This way, I know it is done right.
That's my story and I am sticking to it.
