What can Sorba do for you in 2010?

The local Sorba board will be meeting later this month to discuss goals for 2010. Over the next couple of weeks we would like feedback from you on what you like to see from the 2010 Sorba board: ie trail building/maintenance, social events etc. Where do you want us to spend our time and resources? Let us know.

Continue to increase the interest in building and maintaining trails and trail access.
Continue to build the SORBA community
Maybe get it to where we can put mattock to dirt at the Joelton trail location

Get a bunch of people out at Shutes before Spring. We can easily have 6 miles by April, if we hit it hard. This is a pretty cool place. It's much different now that when it was new. If you haven't been there in over a year, give it another try. Plus it is night ride friendly.

And the COE is watching this one. They are one of the biggest land owners in Mid TN. The rangers are MTB friendly :thumb:

We are working with Murfreesboro on a potential Gateway Trail. Please let us know if you see additional venue potential. Public Meeting planned and TBA. We are building steward and contact list for this project.
