What to do when it's too cold for a road ride

Play Black Ops of course and still get a killer workout.

I was getting tore up real bad. I played COD for about 45 minutes while riding and the best I could do was 9 kills vs 13 deaths. Most matches were just 2-4 kills and about 15+ deaths. I found it's best to just camp cuz all that moving around makes riding more difficult. Gotta keep the cadence real high too and I had the resistance cranked up making my heart rate soar. Plus for some reason when I ride without hands my HR goes up about 5-7 beats. Crashed twice. There's plenty of time between matches and game loads to ride normally or stand for a couple minutes. Good fun.

I got the idea from a youtube video of a guy riding rollers while playing guitar hero on expert and doing well.

It is obvious that I don't ride my rollers long enough. I have a hard time just taking one hand off the bars.

I here you there Mike. If it is not bad enough that my 11 year old can destroy me with a hand gun, now my 7 year old can beat me too.

Nice Adam! At first I thought, he can't be on rollers, it's gotta be a trainer, till I saw your handle bars move a little and I knew it was rollers! That is very impressive. One night I witnessed a late night roller riding contest and I saw full beers chugged while riding rollers and Jut actually juggled while riding rollers, it was crazy!

you can search the web, but there are a lot of crazy things people can do on rollers.

There are some that were playing wii tennis. That is a lot of side to side movement.

Yeah wii anything would be tough. That's funny. I'd be on the floor if i was chugging beer, juggling or playing wii! I almost biffed it playing Black Ops.

Gamer tag is Meanjoeq if anybody is playing black ops...rollers or not.

Why not? You know you need a new desk or maybe a nice chair.
