    Exclamation New HOME?

Ride for Reading is on the look-out for a new place to call home. We would like to be located somewhere in Nashville that is accessible via bicycle. However, we are open for any place. We are able to pay some rent, but ideally would like to be able to use a space as an in-kind donation (100% tax deductible). If you know of a place that might be available please let me know. We need to try to find somewhere by mid-April.

First, I want to thank all of you who have supported Ride for Reading over the past three years! It is because of your support we have donated over 52,000 books to children who truly need them. Now, we find ourselves in need. At the end of this month we will be without a home, which means we will not have a place to store or distribute the 15,000 books we currently have at our warehouse. We lost our first building do to the need of space after the flood and this time because the business that was housing us had to close their doors do to the economy. Without a building it is hard to further our mission of promoting literacy and healthy living through the distribution of books via bicycle to children from low income areas.

So, we are emailing everyone who has been in contact with us about book donations, volunteering, support, sponsorships, etc. to ask for help.

We are currently looking for a new place in Nashville to call home with about 1,500 sq/ft of storage, bathrooms, and an office. Ideally it would be great if it was accessible via bicycle. We are currently in a position to pay some monthly leasing fees, but we can also offer a tax deduction for any space donated. We would like a 1 to 2 year commitment to the space so that we do not have to transport our books again soon.

If you currently work in the commercial real estate market or are affiliated with any available space please let us know ASAP. Lastly, please forward this to anyone you think might be able to assist us.

    Sincerely,

    Mathew Portell

    New HOME

    Hello again

I'm also wondering if you had any recommendations on eyepieces.

I currently have a 25mm x60 mag and a 10mm x150. I'm thinking of getting a a 6 mm high power eyepiece or something similiar to reach my realistic potential of x250 with this scope and b a low power eyepiece and preferably one that will give me as wide a field of view as posible I think a 32mm would be best

I was thinking about getting a x 2 barlow lens but with my current highest ep of 10 mm this would give me a magnification of x300 which would be pushing things a bit too far probably.

Any thoughts on all this, good makes, prices etc....?
