Oak Mountain and Cloudland Canyon Trail Condition Sites or Forums ?

My wife and I are thinking about making a day trip to either Oak Mountain or Cloudland Canyon over the 4th of July weekend.

Does anyone have the websites or forums where the trail conditions of those parks might be posted? I would like to make sure that the trails are not a muddy mess before making a long drive.

    Thanks

BUMP is the local organization for B'ham. I would go to Oak Mountain State Park, the riding is way better. However, it will probably be pretty busy in the park. It is one of the busiest state parks that I have ever seen.
