Lol was a joke. I rarely see other riders anywhere that I ride. The trailhead could be full of cars and I only ever see a couple on the trail.

Mountain Biking is 80% mental, 40% physical, and 20% skills... and that may add up to more than 100%, but I don't know.. I hit my head on a tree this weekend.

I was kidding. I very rarely see cars there and when I do it's frequently hikers/walkers. Maybe we should have a Strava meet up ride?

I try to avoid Jones Mill because it takes too many laps to get any mileage. 1 lap at Hamilton creek is still more than 3 laps at Jones Mill.

True but it's just a couple minutes from me so great for quick rides. And a lot less parking lot weirdos...

Good thing I ride on the trails and not the parking lot. Jones Mill has had some vandalism issues on the actual trail.

Hey guys just to remind you. Be sure your vehicle is stripped of anything valuable. Or put it in your trunk. I went to ride there last month and I had to call a Ranger due to a break in on a hikers car. Supposedly the Ranger said these people only go for things that look valuable. They use a spark plug to bust the window. And they haven't been caught last time I called. So just keep this in mind when you ride at Jones Mill. And be safe.

Unfortunately that's the truth for just about all trail parking. They quickly become targets knowing people leave all the valuables in the car. Hamilton creek is really bad too

Rode yesterday trail was in good shape other then the same wet spot just before bridge that never seems to dry. There were a couple of large trees on the turn by the lake that have uprooted and leaning across trail creating a head bonking opportunity. They can be ridden under unless you're a very tall rider but probably need to be cut down at some point and will require chainsaw.

Good luck with getting that done. I tried to go out there last year and clean up a bit. But getting the Park Rangers to give you permission requires a lot of negotiating. I eventually gave up. Seems like you can't touch a tree until it officially falls.

jones mill isn't an exciting enough trail to be worth the risk of rednecks and booby traps.

Well a diff lock up would be better for long term storage without a doubt.

I like your way of thinking things out as so many people rush in and then have all sorts of issues to sort out later.

If I may chip in as well.
The invoice was never issued on the understanding that Doogle would let the dealer know in Kunming what name to issue the invoice in later.
Because for people who have never plated a Chinese bike before you need the invoice in your name to allow you to plate the bike in your name ?

as long as he's eating and drinking OK and is not lethargic I would think you're ok to wait until his appointment this week. If you see blood in the diarrhea, he starts vomitting and stops eating/drinking then take him in right away.
