In! I cannot wait to get back to Kanza! However if things go this time like they did last year, I just may crash a wedding in bike spandex this time .......... Just saying. He who has done that ride under the circumstances, understands the temptation and the resistance it takes to not give in : )

Just kidding! You all are crazy fools that I envy. I do not think I have had or will ever have the ability to ride this Krazy race! Good luck and may the force be with you (except Jeff he doesn't need it)!

I don't like driving 200 miles in my car so I don't think I'm ready for 200 miles on my mountain bike.

No offense Steven. I was trying to say you were smarter than the rest of us.

You will do just fine. I know you will put in the work between now and June.

How about this Thur. Looks like warm weather this week. I'm looking for about a 4-6 hour ride this week. It could be all road or our normal gravel route. Anyone interested let me know. I'm not off any weekends until the next SCG in Feb.

BTW-I started my Kanza training yesterday.

Wow it filled up fast. I was waiting for my email reminding me it opened. Well, maybe I will try to get on the wait list. I still need to confirm that I can go that weekend. I'm still considering going as support if I can't participate.

Greg, let me know when you get a get a feel for getting in on this. I'd say get on the list. The no shows will hit 10% to 20% if past history is any indication. Also, I may be able to help.

I'm #23 on the wait list, right behind Motobacon!

Right now I don't have any direct conflicts on that weekend except for having a 1 month old at home that I'd be leaving. :(

    Cool interview on Kanza

This is a good interview w/ Jim Cummins, who promotes the Dirty Kanza race.
